Where I’ll Be – 2018
Each year, I like to let my blog readers know where they can find me, so here is my current itinerary for 2018:
Adobe Summit – Las Vegas (March 27-28)
Once again, I am honored to be asked to speak at the US Adobe Summit. This will be my 13th Adobe Summit in a row and I have presented at a great many of those. This year, I am doing something new by reviewing a random sample of Adobe Analytics implementations and sharing my thoughts on what they did right and wrong. A while ago, I wrote a blog post asking for volunteer implementations for me to review, and I was overwhelmed by how many I received! I have spent some time reviewing these implementations and will share lots of tips and tricks that will help you improve your Adobe Analytics implementations. Adobe Summit – London (May 3-4)
Based upon the success of my session at the Adobe Summit in Las Vegas, I will be coming back to London to present at the EMEA Adobe Summit. My session will be AN7 taking place at 1:00 pm on May 4th.
DAA Symposium – New York (May 15)
As a board member of the Digital Analytics Association (DAA), I try to attend as many local Symposia as I can. This year, I will be coming to New York to present at the local symposia being held on May 15th. I will be sharing my favorite tips and tricks for improving your analytics implementation.
Adobe Insider Tour (May & September)
I will be hitting the road with Adobe to visit Atlanta, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and Dallas over the months of June and September. I will be sharing Adobe Analytics tips and tricks are trying something new called Adobe Analytics implementation improv! Learn more by clicking here.
Adobe Analytics “Top Gun” Training – Chicago/Austin (May 24, October 17)
Each year I conduct my advanced Adobe Analytics training class privately for my clients, but I also like to do a few public versions for those who don’t have enough people at their organization to justify a private class. This year, I will be doing one class in Chicago and one in Austin. The Chicago class will be at the same venue downtown Chicago as the last two years. The date of the class is May 24th (when the weather is a bit warmer and the Cubs are in town the next day for an afternoon game!). You can register for the Chicago class by clicking here.
In addition, for the first time ever, I will be teaming up with the great folks at DA Hub to offer my Adobe Analytics “Top Gun” class in conjunction with DA Hub! My class will be one of the pre-conference training classes ahead of this great conference. This is also a great option for those in the West Coast who don’t want to make the trek into Chicago. Marketing Evolution Experience & Quanties – Las Vegas (June 5-6)
As you may have heard, the eMetrics conference has “evolved” into the Marketing Evolution Experience. This new conference will be in Las Vegas this summer and will also surround the inaugural DAA Quanties event. I will be in Vegas for both of these events.
ObservePoint Validate Conference – Park City, Utah (October 2-5)
Last year, ObservePoint held its inaugural Validate conference and everyone I know who attended raved about it. So this year, I will be participating in the 2nd ObservePoint Validate conference taking place in Park City, Utah. ObservePoint is one of the vendors I work with the most and they definitely know how to put on awesome events (and provide yellow socks!).
DA Hub – Austin (October 18-19)
In addition to doing the aforementioned training at the DA Hub, I will also be attending the conference itself. It has been a few years since I have been at this conference and I look forward to participating in its unique “discussion” format.
