Adobe Analytics Expert Council (AAEC)

We would love to talk with you directly about your analytics needs and how Analytics Demystified can help. Please either call Eric Peterson directly at (360) 833-3996 or email us at consulting@analyticsdemystified.com
Do you love Adobe Analytics? Are you the most experienced person at your company when it comes to using Adobe Analytics? Does talking about eVars and sProps get your blood pumping? If so, then you are our kind of person!
Unfortunately, it is often difficult for people like you to find others like you! There are LinkedIn groups you can join, “Top Gun” Adobe Analytics training classes you can attend and books you can read, but those often only scratch the surface. Even though Adobe does have its own forums, currently, the best resource for going deep with Adobe Analytics right now is the Adobe Analytics channel in the #Measure Slack Group, where you can ask any detailed question you want and get an answer in seconds (which is really awesome and you should join right now if you haven’t already!). However, one thing that we feel has been missing is a place to provide structured, advanced education around Adobe Analytics to those Adobe Analytics customers who have moved beyond the beginner stage. Most education today is either from Adobe to customers or from firms like ours and they are one-way – us to the world. There are very few venues for Adobe customers have an opportunity to educate each other.
We think this should exist, so Analytics Demystified has created the Adobe Analytics Expert Council or the AAEC. This group was started in 2018 and has brought together hundreds of the top Adobe Analytics minds across the globe. The AAEC meets via online webinars to do deep-dives into Adobe Analytics topics. Each meeting is recorded for those who cannot attend in person. Past meetings have included deep dives into Analysis Workspace, Attribution, Product Feature Requests, Merchandising, and Campaign Tracking and we have even been fortunate to have Adobe folks share content with the group.
In addition, all AAEC members are part of an exclusive Slack group where meeting recordings are posted. There are also places in the Slack group to share tips and tricks and job postings. Our group is meant to be complementary to the #Measure Slack group, and in no way meant to harm or hinder it in any way.
To date, participation in the Adobe Analytics Expert Council has been by invitation only, but now that it is fully up and running, we are accepting applications to join this exclusive community. The AAEC follows a strict Code of Conduct that is enforced by an internal advisory team (including rules against it being used for sales purposes). Potential members must meet the following criteria:
- Work in-house at an Adobe Analytics client and not for a technology vendor or service provider
- Be experienced enough with Adobe Analytics that you can contribute to the group in a meaningful way (yes, we might quiz you on Merchandising eVars!). No beginners here!
- Be willing to contribute to the group as much as you extract from it (those who just take have been and will be removed)
- Be willing to join monthly webinars (1 hour in length) on a consistent basis
If you feel that you meet the above criteria, please email us for consideration for participation in the AAEC.
