Pleased but also immensely disappointed for how Zidane left the pitch. That wasn’t the Zidane that I know – the Italian defender must have said something really terrible to him.
Imagine how you would feel if Pete Sampras, Lance Armstrong or Tiger Woods had done something like that – on the US Open final, on the final stage in the Champ Elysees or the hole 18 of the PGA.
That said, congratulations to the Italian team. There could not have been a better champion (except maybe for Mister Materazzi, as we may find out).
