… but I have been busy redesigning my web site which has been taking up a ton of time. A friend gave me a great, new design but it got me thinking about some extra things I have long hoped to implement, mostly around book packaging and Web Analytics Wednesday events and planning. I had hoped to get the new site up this last weekend but the weather in Oregon was spectactular and thusly I ended up working in the garden, playing with my kids, lavishing attention on my wife, etc.
Keep your eye out for changes to my web site and hopefully when that’s I’ll done I can blog more frequently.

Hi Eric,
Nice work you’ve done on your website 😉 I find the new layout much more elegant and the information is more clearly displayed.
One suggestion if I may (or maybe I should call it a request ;-)), why don’t you create a newsletter? I know it’s sometimes time consuming or a pain in the a* (Aurélie and I always argue when we have to issue a newsletter) but it’s very useful to stay in touch with lots of people that don’t have the time (nor they think about it) to visit your blog, it’s very complementary to a blog. The newsletter in addition to provide your audience with your doings and advertise the WAW, could be a great place to sell your books 😉
Should you need, we can courteously provide you with an emailing tool with a complete statistics module (home made) 😉
At OX2 we think that you still have a lot to teach the Web Analytics community and we are very thankful of all the knowledge you have been willing to share with your books and posts in the Yahoo user group or your Blog. Keep that good work 🙂
And thanks for adding my wife to your blogroll 😉 Its great to have your support in our Web Analytics Teaching Journey.
